1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Fiscavo, you agree to these terms. If you are using Fiscavo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
Fiscavo is a tool for creating, managing, and rendering invoices, including PDF generation and a public invoice-generation API. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
- You sign in through a third-party sign-in provider; you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Your data and content
You own the organization, client, and invoice data you put into Fiscavo. You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including any personal data about your clients, for which you are the controller (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice
Fiscavo helps you produce invoices, but it is software, not a tax advisor. The invoices, VAT treatment, reverse-charge notes, and any other output are your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices and tax handling comply with the rules that apply to you and your clients. We make no guarantee that any output meets a specific legal or tax requirement in any jurisdiction. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Fiscavo for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to access other organizations' data, or to breach our security or tenant isolation;
- overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the public API beyond its rate limits;
- upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
7. Availability and “as is”
We work to keep Fiscavo available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Fees
Fiscavo is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will make the terms clear before you are charged, and free use of existing features will be communicated separately.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fiscavo and FinanceSpark Solutions LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Fiscavo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
